Meet the Team
Rosie Rochelle
Founder and Chief Director
Rosie Rochelle, Founder and Director of HeartStance, resides in Orlando, FL with her husband Daniel.
After growing up surrounded by addiction, abuse, foster homes and experiencing trauma, Rosie found herself broken and lost, struggling with her identity and relationships.
After years of God pursuing her heart, Rosie stopped living in brokenness and allowed the Lord to heal those broken places through the support of prayer, community, writing, and the Word.
Today, Rosie holds a Masters Degree in Executive Leadership with a successful career as a college counselor. To date, Rosie has written and self-published over 7 devotionals and 10 magazines. She has helped numerous women write and share their stories and launch into their purpose. Her heart is to see women rise, live loved and to help them live out their purpose in their heart.
Laura Coppock
Director of Community
Laura Coppock lives with her husband Warren and their mixed-breed rescue pup, Riley, in sunny North Phoenix. She became a young, single mother and worked to provide and become a healthy mother. Laura served as a children’s ministry program coordinator for a large, inner-city church. In addition to leading and training teaching teams of teen and adult volunteers, she also worked with creative teams to write age-appropriate weekend service scripts and dramatic sketches. Counseling and strong, Christian women helped her to see her value, and she adopted 2 Timothy 1:7 as her personal mantra. With divine intervention, she and her husband met, and with God’s provisions they have overcome old wounds, perceptions, and expectations to experience a marriage based on love, respect, grounded in their faith in God. They share a love for travel, camping, hiking, paddleboarding, and bicycling. Laura currently works as a public elementary school teacher where she walks out her faith to help students see their potential, understand their worth, and feel hope for their future.
