About the event
Spend the weekend with us at our Annual Heartstance Women's Retreat! This year, we will spend the weekend in Orlando, FL, with a time of worship, devotional time, writing, activities, and lots of free time to explore! We will be located at a beautiful retreat AirBnB in Orlando, FL.
This retreat will include teaching sessions, a time of solitude and reflection, community time, worship, and much more! Our desire is to give you a retreat that's a mix of teaching, alone time with God, community time, and time to explore the area or have free time.
Retreat Agenda:
Friday-Saturday: Teaching session, reflection time, activities, and worship. Detailed schedule will be provided at the retreat.
Sunday: Explore Day! Enjoy a group trip to Disney *Disney tickets purchased seperately* or have an adventure on your own! You may stay at the AirBnB or venture the area. This day is all about adventure! Participants may leave this day if desired.
Monday: Morning round up and prayer. Check out by 10am.
Event Price: $499 for lodging and meals. *Transportation to Orlando not included*
Not Included: Travel to/from Orlando. Disney tickets or your own personal free time adventure fees are not included. Any meals outside of the retreat facility, such as meals at Disney, are not included.
A deposit of $250 is due by July 31, 2023, to hold your spot. The remaining balance is due September 15th.
The retreat begins on Friday at 6pm. For travel purposes, participants may arrive as early as Thursday 4pm. You may use the time for rest, personal time, or to help the staff prepare for the retreat.
*Early arrival must be arranged in advance. No additional fees required.

Help support a friend attend the Heartstance Retreat! There are women who are unable to attend due to cost. Bring a little love and refreshing to those who are in financial and spiritual need. Pay what you like, this will go to lower the overall cost per person or offer a scholarship for a participant.
